If you don’t like something, you can simply change the parts you don’t like, Remember that everything can be settled by discussion.     STEP 1: Complete and Print Form DS-11

    ★If completing Form DS-11 online, print the completed form using black ink on one-sided pages

    ★If completing Form DS-11 by hand, make sure that all the information is complete and correct. The form should be filled in black ink. Do so legibly(字跡清楚地) or the application processing time may be delayed.

    STEP 2: Submit Completed Form in Person
