In universities（大學），students have their own counselors．Jan Murray is such a woman．She works in a university as a counselor．Students can come and see her if they need help．I asked her when her office was open and what kinds of problems students had．
“In my office，I'm here on any day during the week，and the other person is here in the evenings and on weekends．Students can find either of us in the office at any time．There's also an emergency telephone number at night．”
